Your waitlist details
This notice covers the waitlist only. The Salepal product has its own terms and privacy policy, which you'll see when you create an account.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can tell you when your invite is ready.
- Your first name, if you choose to give it.
- What brings you to Salepal (making, selling, sessions), so we can invite people in a sensible order.
- When you joined.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we don't store your IP address.
How we use it
Only to run the waitlist: to email you about your invite and Salepal's launch, and to understand who is waiting. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it
Your details are stored with EmailOctopus, the email provider we use to send launch emails, which processes them on our behalf, under contract. Only the Salepal team can access the list.
How long we keep it
Until Salepal launches for you, or until you leave the list. If you don't create an account within 12 months of your invite, we delete your waitlist entry.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent at any time. The quickest way to leave is the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
